Caitlin Goodrich
Caitlin leads transformative digital health initiatives aimed at enhancing oncology care through clinical informatics. With experience at UPMC Enterprises and Xealth, she has driven customer success and integrated digital health solutions into leading healthcare systems. Caitlin holds a B.S. in Communication from Boston University and a Digital Health Certificate from Harvard Business School, specializing in healthcare IT, strategy, and innovation. Her passion lies in leveraging technology to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency in healthcare.

Vartan Shadarevian
Currently a candidate PhD in Economics at Princeton University, Vartan is an accomplished lawyer and researcher working at the intersections of economics, finance, law, and machine learning. Vartan was formerly an associate at Kirkland & Ellis and Skadden and worked in their financial regulatory enforcement and investment fund practices. A Harvard Law graduate, they served as Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard National Security Journal and was a John M. Olin Fellow in Law and Economics. Vartan is also the co-founder and Executive Director of Aleph Policy Initiative, a leading non-profit focused on Middle East economic policy consulting.

Shane Crozier
With extensive experience as a Plant Engineer at Dominion Energy’s Possum Point Power Station, Shane leads project planning, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and capital project execution, overseeing $4 million in projects in 2017. Prior to this, Shane was the Reverse Engineering Team Lead at GE/Alstom Power, managing engineering projects and complex measurement tasks. Additionally, Shane brings expertise in CAD, plant operations, and various software tools, including Pro Desktop, SolidWorks, LabView, and AutoCAD, from work at TurboCare and beyond.
